Accenture 🐠 - any tips for the market consulting skills interview? Doesn’t sound like it’ll be a traditional case, but more of a behavioral interview? A little confused… TIA!

One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Anyone have success cold applying for VC roles and not in MBB? Just submitted an app last week and they should be reaching out this week, but I’m not sure how long to wait before giving up…

I recently started with Firm A (AM Top 200), and Firm B (AM Top 50) reached out for an interview. Given the potential pay with Firm B is significant (I’d say life-changing), I scheduled the interview. Should I disclose Firm A during the interview or wait and only disclose if Firm B makes an offer? Between now and the interview, I will not have completed any significant work for Firm A.

So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok.
