Hi Fishies, I was hired for wealth and asset management project EY . It is capital market domain. Any body have any idea about this project going on in EY and the tools used for it.
Please advise if anyone have idea about it.
Just want to know any global tool they use for wealth and asset management, so it's a plus for me to join.
Thanks in advance

Sorry, Months At Level and Deployed To Entity. And no, the recent ACN approach is designed to create parity amongst experienced hires and home grown. It blows, terrible move in my opinion. But I'm just a nobody Sr Mgr.
I sincerely hope you get it. Just don't be disappointed if the HR machine sees it differently than you. For the record, I think the normalized salary approach is socialist crap. But it is what it is.
@a10 I'm not a first year consultant. I'm a seasoned consultant worked at two top firms. If accenture wants me I think 25% at 120k is reasonable. Thanks for the insights everyone!
Welp I'm severely underpaid based on this thread
@a7 I know what I'm worth
Congrats, welcome to the firm.
Depends on group.
Chicago management consulting in client and market
What did they offer you? I've seen 105k on here but I'm not sure, as I'm still a lowly analyst haha
What level at KPMG/How many years experience?
A4 which practice?
And how many Months at Level credit?
Answers man!
Maybe I can ask 120 and hopefully settle @ 110
105? I make 95 already. Would expect At least 25%
What's MAL what's DTE? Experienced hires get paid more at every level at every firm.
@ac10 what practice and what base?
@a10 I'm a senior associate at K and up for manager. I think I'd be a strong candidate for 120k if they want me
@a5 bc if I make manager this year that might make me want to stay at K and not come in at a lower consultant level at ACN..lol
Won't get that at ACN but best of luck.
Watch me
Not possible but best of luck. I know what they pay. If over paid now they'll take it back later. Very conservative firm.
