Hi folks, Need your urgent advice on something. Got 2 competing offers both based out of Bangalore. Offer 1:Senior Sales Manager Tavant Technologies looking into the India Market(Hunting)for Hi Tech industry. CTC:23 LPA(Fixed)+8.5LPA(Target based Variable?) Offer 2:Senior Solution Partner HighRadius Technologies looking into the North America Market(Farming role)-individual contributor role.
CTC:27 LPA(Fixed)+3LPA(Variable)
Any suggestions/advice would be more than welcome! Thanks in advance!
Recently attended an Interview with Tata Consultancy (TCS). Did well in my technical round. They said to me result will be informed by HR on the same day. It has been some days and I still didn't get any update. Does that mean I am not selected? A rejection mail would have been better instead of keeping me waiting with hope. 😐
P.S - In Ibegin portal it only shows my profile being 100% complete and in track status there is nothing. All data shows as 0 like I have not applied still for any jobs.

Hi Fish, I work for inspirage now. We are having weekly calls with leads to ask questions on this integration to accenture. Many people asked the same question 'will inspirage continues to hire and what happens to new hires?'. Answer is yes inspirage continues to hire and all employees including new hires will be moved to accenture. Note, this acquisition won't have tomorrow it takes 6 to 8 months or even more to complete.
To answer your question precisely, Yes you offer is valid and you can join inspirage, your tenure and employment will be changed to accenture and after 8 months you will have the accenture tag. No confusions. Leadership is working hard to ensure nothing is impacted due to this merger, even they confirmed in written that the compensation structure may varry but even in worst case the compensation will remain the same. The annual review appraisal and bonus for this year will be as normal with inspirage. Employee tenure will be converted to accenture, ex employees details will be moved to accenture, gratuity will be continuing.
