Received an verbal offer from Amazon for Data Engineer position (Luxembourg).
I have no idea regarding pay bands for Amazon Luxembourg.
Wanted to check if there is any room for improvement with respect to proposed offer.
Base : 85k €

My situation:I have filled visa and waiting for it from few weeks with company A and don’t want to join then because I have better offer from company B. Company B wants me to withdraw my visa application so they can file a new one for me and they r telling me they can’t generate my CoS until I withdraw application.How shall I withdraw my visa until I don’t even have CoS from company B??

Ask for a skip-level mentor. If you report to a director, ask for time with a VP.
30 to 60 minutes a month of unstructured time to find out what they think you should be thinking about. Get familiar with their goals, problems, meetings, etc. Take notes and follow up. “How’d that thing ever turn out?” Ask how they managed to get up out of their own weeds
What is the client’s problem? Why do they need us to make them ads? Why right now?
What are the objectives? What does this campaign need to do?
Write down the answers to these questions. Keep reminding yourself and your team of them throughout the process, in every creative review
