Affordable office chair that doesn’t suck? Our office furniture does a number on us. I stretch daily now for 20 minutes and get a massage once a month to combat the stiff, low quality chair.

Looking for an office chair now that I’ll be heavily remote- what’s your favorite with good reliability that won’t break the bank?

What is the true reason that people want to work fully remote? I understand saving time/money on commute and still being able to get the work done at home but I’m not getting why some just absolutely DONT want to go to the office at all. Genuinely curious. (FYI I work a hybrid schedule)

Has anyone gone so far as to splurge on a tier 1 office chair like the Steelcase Gesture? If so, your honest feedback/review would be appreciated.

My logic is if I spend so much of my typical work week sitting on a chair, why not go the extra mile and make it something comfortable and good for posture. Also, the cheaper chairs seem always to wear down faster than anticipated.

What file management system does your firm use? Lateraled a few months ago and my new firm uses eDOCS which is a stinky piece of crap. I used to use Imanage, which I didn't think too much about, but it's so so much better in retrospect.

I got that coveted big law job.

So, bought a sideshow from Advisorslides. Looks nice. Gives a series of 6 steps to address the topic. Slides go through steps 1 to 4. Nothing for the others. Red flag. I send them a note and also point out a grammatical error. Red flag. Now they tell me they gave me an old download and sent a new one. Grammar error fixed, but a footnote is wrong.
