After being client facing for 10 years, I moved into industry (not at RSM anymore) a year ago where I’m essentially ops. I can’t help but get no fulfillment from my job and have been feeling depressed on and off for a few months in relation to my job. I think it comes down to me being a people person. Since moving to industry is common, anyone else go through this? Did it get better or do you go back to client facing work?
