Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Don't cry. You can get a tourist visa, or cite health concerns and get a local project.
Just leave, it'll be the best thing for you. I'm going through a bout of depression from the same thing, on a visa but I'm changing jobs for sure
Instead of chasing money, let's chase happiness. Come on guys we can do this together!!

I worked coast to coast once for 7 months. It was horrible. The partner I worked for at the time knew this and she made a point to get me on a local gig for awhile after taking one for the team. Maybe reach out to your leadership and let them know you're reaching the end of the line on going coast to coast. Sounds like you have little to lose and everything to gain. Hang in there. This too shall pass.
Plus the fact their jobs are repetitive and yours does change after you move on to a new project.
