My personal opinion is that if hearing “No” bothers you you shouldn’t be in sales. “No” is 99% of the job
Bruh fr if you have to take a break everytime you hear “no” you’d be out of a job because that’s like 50+ breaks a day😂

Its a numbers game and we all know that but to reset maybe take a day off go on a hike, go out of town , have a change of environment to get your mind off the grind and just enjoying what you like or new things. It works
take emotion out of it. It’s a numbers game think as if it’s a game and the No’s are just checkpoints until eventually a yes. (if your process and pitch is right lol)
I believe being persistent is good if you are getting results otherwise it's not a bad idea to back up and gather yourself
