After how many days does IBM respond after all the rounds. I am done with all rounds last thursday. The technical rep for these interviews responded on email saying managers are reviewing your candidature. I.e It is neither a no or yes. Anyone experienced the same while interviewing at IBM??

I’m job searching right now and applied for a job I was a little overqualified for just to shoot my shot and get my foot in the door with a great brand. The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity. Even if an offer doesn’t come from it, is it weird if I send him a Starbucks gift card or something as a thank you? What’s appropriate?

I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).

Sweaty post-workout question. If I finish a bike or run in the heat I am usually just pouring sweat for the next 15 or so mins.
