after joining dentsu you come to know how much work pressure at mumbai branch; in Mumbai branch people here work minimum 12 hours, in Mumbai branch there is no benefit even having holidays on Saturday and Sunday, seniors make juniors to work for 11-12 hours on weekends because of lot of work pressure, this practice should be stopped by management, this is mental torture management must look into it, I left from here,now feeling better

I have offer from KPMG India and PWC AC Banglore. Package is almost the same. PWC AC has Canada shift with permanent wfh and KPMG India has hybrid work model in pune location. Please suggest which one is better in terms of growth , wlb , culture etc

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? For reference, all associates are around the firms minimum requirement, it’s just that a few of us are 30+% over and it is leading to burnout.

I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.
