After talking to my employers later, i found that my last 3 jobs came solely from my hobbies. I do physicochemical analytics and build high speed data acqusition systems for testing. For instance, my latest project has been truning my mini cooper into a mobile DAQ lab as a preamble to building experimental radar and even as simple as assisting with general maintenance.
Ive been very disappointed by the lack of standards and ethics in manufacturing and production quality in my last two jobs...

I will resign in coming few days. I want my notice period to be reduced from 60 day to say 30days. I am not occupied in client project currently. My question is to whom should I talk to get my notice period reduced? What is the process?

If we are billable on project in nagarro do we need to worry about recession for now .

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. I’m seriously contemplating taking a software development boot camp. For those who hire new software developers, does it make you stand out if you get your certificate from a university instead of a coding academy (like coding dojo or something)?
