Ahhhhhhh had an interview. It went wrong. I wrote the wrong company name in the thank you letter though. Is there ANY way to get out of it?

I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

I am Fully confused about this process can some one clear me from this please.

Reached out to me cold with a few ideas and I’ve had two follow up emails and a call with an MD at reputable banks, but it all seems very sketchy. I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. But I couldn't find the company in Google or Glassdoor reviews. It's a new startup kind of consultancy with 10-15 PPL. I can only see few linkedin posts for that company.

I have been taking 20 mg xr in the morning but have a terrible crash around 2/3pm each day where I just get very very tired.
