Any tips on getting a salary bump at Salesforce? I only make $123k total. I've been developing on the Salesforce platform for 10+ years. I have years of experience with Salesforce core development and configuration as well as Heroku, react, node, Cumulus CI (for dev ops), etc. I was going to make a deck to showcase the value I bring but wondering if y'all have any other tips?

Depends on overall experience. I've seen people with 20+ years of exp come in as Sr mgr. I've seen people with 15+ come in as director. Sr director will be (near) impossible with your resume unless you are 45-50yrs old. Good luck!
Thanks S2! Very helpful. Good to know I shouldn’t overshoot for Sr. Director! 😂.

Title isn't really based off YoE in consulting as with ProdEng. What titles have you held, at what kinds of firms, and what's your comp? I took a promotion from Mgr to Sr. Mgr (individual contributor) coming from Deloitte and increased total comp about 20%, I've seen others take demotions.
All my experiences have been in healthcare so very industry-focused. A few years in industry but primarily consulting in the LIfe Sciences & Healthcare space. Comp is 230K. @S1 obviously would love a promotion and increased comp but it sure if that can still happen in this market...
