I’m currently an audit manager at PwC and am looking to apply for a Director role at FTI forensic and litigation consulting. I was wondering if anyone has made a similar transition and any advice that you can give me?
How difficult is it for an ex-MBB consultant (exit at Consultant/Associate) to return to consulting after spending 5-10 years in a technical role in the industry? Left on good terms. Told he was welcome to return whenever he wanted before he left.
What's your biglaw exit number? Almost everyone--partners included--seems to entertain an exit fantasy once they reach a subjective financial benchmark where they feel they won't miss the money....
How is Deutsche Bank for a role of Associate vice President in terms of compensation, WLB and learning.
How much compensation can be expected for 8YOE for AVP role??
Daddy D is throwing around some pretty crazy referral bonuses right now. If I can hit four referrals, I’ll split evenly among all four + myself. Up to $10k per person and at least $2.5k per person. Put it in escrow and everything.
So if you’re looking to change firms, a new opportunity, etc. DM me. Can easily negotiate a nice sign on bonus, and my offer should sweeten the pot.
Hi everyone! Is there anyone who would be willing to make a referral for the UX Writer, Studio position at Spotify?
I'm a senior-level copywriter with 7+ years of writing and content/brand strategy experience and working for Spotify would be a dream. :)
Has anyone interviewed for the YouTube Strategy Associate role? Just got an interview but don’t really know what to expect (Glassdoor wasn’t helpful).
I am working in TCS with 6 month exp with nontech background and want to proceed with SDE role in other companies. Can anyone provide guidance in switching?
I started on a new project and this is my first role in the tech industry after switching over from business. I’m overwhelmed by the fear of failure and feeling unprepared. I’ve been studying like crazy and I’ve been passing my certifications with high scores but I still feel insecure about my abilities. Any advice on how to cope with this?
Neighbor is building a home with only a two car garage 🙄. So tactless. Next, I'll find out he won't have a helipad. I mean, how will you get to the Hamptons?
Lady Fish, I'm looking for a light weight, professional jacket to wear this fall. I haven't found anything that's caught my eye. Do you have any recommendations?

Hair product/treatment recommendations?
Experiencing significant hair loss/thinning/frizz/root break/greying since started working less than a year ago, and I’m in very early 20s😭
I’m 30 and just now starting to feel like I “know what I’m talking about” in a professional setting. Feels like I spent a lot of my 20s totally insecure about my abilities. Anyone else feel the same?
I constantly have negative thoughts, I feel like everyone hates me, I’ve been pushing people away, I’m always bitter & angry. What can I do about this? I feel helpless :(
I find myself in a weird place. No STEM degree but have been working in data science for years. I’ve built data science teams/programs. However, I probably wouldn’t hire myself based education, and recently didn’t get an offer after final round with an Amazon research group. I suspect lack of a PhD despite seemingly doing well in interviews. So continue with data science and get a masters or pivot to something else?
In your post consulting resume do you put each of your positions? Or just the one you recently had? (I.e if you’re a manager now would you put, analyst, senior analyst, associate, and then manager) or would you just show manager even though you were recently promoted and not a manager for 5 years?
Any Moms have experience with the Limerick Joy breast pump? Thoughts? Would you also buy another hands free option?
Does anyone know anything about the legal rights of brokers as to what stocks they can/must offer, or regulations how they must conduct their brokerage services, with regards to the GME situation?
Just rolled off an engagement where I worked 3 weeks of 80s, with a month of 60s before that. Now this new job I’m on is looking like it’ll be 60-80 for the next month too and I’m having a hard time focusing. Anyone else deal with this? What’s your strategy for staying productive. Feel like I’m dragging the new team down.
