Workout in the morning, it’s a great energy booster. You might have vitamin B12 deficiency as well. Go for a full health checkup, doctor can advise you better.
It’s definitely what you are eating. Like a bunch of people said try eating a lighter lunch. Fatigue is also often caused by food allergies/sensitivities (like gluten) so you could try cutting back on the bread/carbs and see how you feel

I love the comments here. If you're tired, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to know that you are probably not getting enough sleep or high enough quality sleep. Despite what others would tell you, most people need 8-9 hours to function normally (which is why nobody sleeps 6-7 hours on weekends).

Same. I started drinking more water, eating a low fat lunch (usually salad w/ mostly veggies), and taking an occasional stroll around the client site and it’s really helped me
Take vitamin d supplements. You are not outside enough most likely
Try drinking more water. You’d be surprised how much it helps
2nd the water!! A lot of people don’t realise that you can feel tired af just because you’re dehydrated during the day
Pushing lots of water through the day is what helped me. Aim for 3 refills of a 750ml bottle per day and treat it like a game to see if you can do it

I’m in same bit. Super tired during the day. I have always mentioned this to doctors who have done all the test.ms, including sleep laps. Partially it’s because my work is boring, but partially it’s just normal for me. I sympathize!
Do not eat carbs for lunch, make it light with some protein and good fats. I’ve followed this for years and I’m rarely tired in the afternoon!
@op I suffer from a similar symptom set Don’t freak out just please visit a doctor as soon as possible. For me these things are taking years to diagnose and treat and aren’t so simple as a lifestyle changes. Please educate yourself on hypersomnulance if this isn’t a simple blood test or cpap fix. Also note that most sleep doctors are pulmonologist but a small set are neurologists. You may need to see both. You are your own health advocate. Please consider message boards for sleep where you can find others who are fighting this.

7 isn’t enough , 8-9 , and eat a nice breakfast , also take breaks , bring snacks and drink water - you’ll be fine
