Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

Plenty of people do. I’m in TAG, and my project teams have always encouraged it.

Which departments provide unlimited PTO? I work at A&M Tampa and only get 15 days!
Yes.
You lose collections/utilization. Bonuses are a massive part of your comp, and collections/utilization are the main driver of that
Also, does A&M always offer less base salary?
Not in a collections based group. Know multiple people who taken 2-3 week trips

I took ~4 weeks excluding holidays last year. Comp was very good. Yes, you’ll probably miss out on a short 4 week project if you have a week of PTO scheduled in the middle of it. On longer projects, your hours will even out (i.e. legitimately spreading around budgeted hours to other weeks). Also, keep in mind that collections on ~75% utilization will get you to comp materially better than most would get at other firms.
What level?
