*Non IT - 8years of Exp in Banking back office
*Its my second jump & new role will be -Manager
*Current CTC ₹10L (Fixed is ₹8.12L + Variable ₹1.48L + remaining are pf, gratuity)
*Currently I get paid all of my fixed+ variable without a penny less. so ₹9.6L gross pay per year

Most companies are not considering this variable part while negotiating. They negotiate from fixed pay :(
