ECD1 mmm you might be reading more into my comment. Not more to say. It’s a fun little ad trying to allude to the movie release. Doesn’t need more purpose than that.
The piece is F I N E. Did we need it? No. Does the brand need it? No. But it’s the first piece by Gut NY. It’s their way to say, we’ve arrived. These days I’ll give kudos to anyone making anything remotely creative given the current limitations and the fears in the market.
The brand needs it. They are boring. This ad is not.

It’s just an print ad people. Joker 2 is coming out and they found a way to do something about it. Don’t give it more though than that, and let those guys at GUT be.

Since that night, I stalk Gotham’s streets, haunted by the memory, waging war on crime and all things that remind me of that memory. Oh, and I also hated these ads, because they stink!
Yeah, I get it. It’s simple, straightforward. The point is made. If you don’t understand the joker then it isn’t for you.
Joker Halloween themed. I get it. Cause he’s always doing that stupid laugh. So they capitalized on it, and are saying I’m laughing cause “it has to be Heinz”. And now I want a burger with ketchup at 9:30am.
