I just accepted an offer for 152.5k at boeing. Today, they gave me a start date for 22nov. BUT BAH also finally promoted me to A (8%+) which takes effect on friday nov 1.Total comp just $109,900. How do I give my notice? It's also hard since my new CM just went on leave for bereavement and he pushed for me to get this promo.

I am in the final steps of the interview process for an in-house position. I mentioned to the recruiter that I had unvested equity I would be leaving on the table. She said the company would take this into account and make me whole. She later asked for proof of the equity in the form of my account statement and balance, which I provided.
