Any advice for learning supply chain softwares as an individual? I am currently on the job hunt and see most job postings are related to tech like kinaxis, o9, coupa, blue yonder, etc. I feel in order to be competitive I need to have experience with one of these to supplement my background.

There’s a practice group that I’ve been trying to find work in but whenever I volunteer to help, I always get roped in to do non billable work. Technology (ERP) consultant looking to make the switch to a supply chain transformation/tech strategy role. Any suggestions on how to make that transition? I have a CSCP credential and am starting an MS in supply chain soon.

I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Can I keep progressing in the standard ladder and keep doing implementations, or is it automatically going to end up becoming more are more sales oriented and less actual implementation work? Especially interested in the SM level and above. I’d prefer staying at Big 4 and avoid the supplier side.
