Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

40% of all fees or 40% of fees for cases you bring in?
ask for a piece of any case you settle too. ask for 10%. A lot of P firms do something similar. 45% of what you bring in 5% of any settlement. 10% of verdict. 7-8% for arbitration or settlement after jury selection. get creative and show them you’re not just looking for higher base salary. you’re willing to earn it on settlements. I would also ask for a bump in base pay.
Cost of living, experience, and value should be discussed. Depending on your year 65k is low for NY
You get 40% of fees? Jesus.
