For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I don’t want to miss the right person because of my bias, so im wondering how many healthcare related AMs have healthcare/clinical experience… thanks in advance!

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….

is there any unit in amdocs that does work on general framework such as Spring , spring boot and on latest tech stack
If i raise a concern with HR to get a project change , could they actually algin me to that unit?

Hii, I have 2.5 yrs of experience and I'm changing my career from Mechanical field to IT field. Especially RPA domain. I have been trained by an experienced professional and I have through knowledge of Blue Prism and Ui Path. During training I have worked on some example projects but I have no on paper experience. Recently I have completed 'UiPath associate dev. Certification'. Kindly refer my profile for the job of RPA developer. I have technical knowledge and corporate experience of 2+ yrs.

I have 7 plus experience in c++. I am trying new job within Chennai location but I am getting 1 or 2 interview calls for a month. I know c++ is old language and openings are very less and competitor people also less.
Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.
