Any ex-Deloitter here? If you have pension with Deloitte, do you know if you can transfer it to your current 401k and how?

Following. Soon to be.

Following. Also, interested in know how much I’ll be getting. I heard I’ll hear about a mount after 6 months from leaving

No you can't. The pension and the 401k are two separate accounts completely unrelated.

Why not? If you leave your previous job that money is given back and I believe you have the option to cash out with a a penalty or roll over

I believe most people will fall under the cash out amount if they leave before 10 years
