Hi friends! I’m looking for resources to help me be successful in a “Functional Lead” role.

The role is in FinTech
I’m responsible for strategy, comms and key partnerships for a bank product. It reports through Customer Experience but touches product, Ops. marketing. It’s basically a Project Manager role but more nuanced.

Hi 🐠 . Could you recommend some great books on people management and leadership?

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

I'll switch to a startup as the only data engineer and will closely work with all the Head ofs + the CTO.

Any advice/books/... on stakeholder management at that level? Especially when things fail/discussing budgets/new hires etc.

What are some books that have absolutely helped you either working in the investment management space or even just personal investing?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. Looking for tips from seniors. I'm at A1 level at a litigation firm, stepping out of the deer-in-headlights phase. With the Partners assigning work to me in teams of 2-3, there's potential for growth. But with the sheer amount and depth of work on each case it's challenging to take on a more "adult" role. I often find myself in a more assistive role, either by my choice or the Partners'.
How can I accelerate my progress? What are Partners' and Seniors' expectations from year one associates?

As both framework based on python, one follows MVC and another one MVT concept.

if after 4 years experience in odoo, may i change to django?
will this affect my expected salary (expectaion 50% hike)?

About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet.
