Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Hi, I am being offered 27L + 2L Variable for Manager (M1) at KPMG India. Will I also be eligible for year end performance bonus? Or is variable pay the only amount that I’d be eligible for?

Someone will recommend an Aeron. Then everyone else will recommend an obscure ergo/game chair or a stand up desk. Just get an Aeron. Comfortable and built like a tank.
Splurged on an Aeron last year, also…the adjustable arms and headrest and worthy add-ons.
Recommend test driving chairs in person if you can, i think i sat on every office chair Herman Miller offers and spent about two hours in the store before purchasing.
I bought a used aeron on Craigslist for $350

These have terrible reviews on Reddit
I did tons of research recently and ended up buying from a secondhand shop in town that resells corporate office furniture. Way cheaper than new. And usually they have new ones for way less. I got a Haworth Fern chair for $400 instead of $1000+ and i sat in a few hermanmiller/aerons that were both more or less expensive but just weren’t as comfortable for me. A taller back has proved immensely better for me.
It’s not what you asked, but I’d highly recommend trying a standup desk - one that goes up and down so you can change between sitting and standing. Changing position often it helps me way more than any ergonomic chair ever did
Herman Miller Logitech Embody. Like a Porsche for your butt.
Branch daily chair!
I actually just did a whole bunch of research on this and opted for the HAG Capisco - which is more of an ergonomic stool that compliments a standing desk. https://www.fully.com/hag-capisco-chair.html
