3% average raise, bonus can more variable but 3-7.5% is a decent estimate. Our top line has grown but our margins are still being squeezed so who knows if they will use that as an excuse to give shitty bonuses and raises again
OW - within commercial strategy we do, but to my knowledge not within other groups (tech consulting, MC, etc)
Keep in mind that 3% I quoted is for non-promotion year. That doesn’t keep me from going but the promotion raises in the 15% range do
Do you guys not have fixed rates at each level? I would imagine that allows opportunity for pay disparity between folks at the same level, as well as some confusion regarding future pay.

@A1 3% average raise, thats just as bad as booz allen. I thought everyone else got massive bonuses, i.e. big4
Just curious - with a 3% avg raise, what keeps you from going to industry? Seems like a better work life balance for the same amount of money.
@ey1 Great question, I live in DC cuz of my SO, so most of the work ends up being federal. WL balance is great, cant complain there, and my base is on the higher end for my tier. Growth and longevity is whats missing for me, so im currently looking.
