4? You might get fired
A, there is no rating, B, the snapshots don't mean as much as you progress, sales do. No clue on the bonus OP,will have to wait and see for the comp call at the end of the month (if they give us the ranges, last year they didn't), or your individual comp call. Advisory itself did well this year, so if your function and industry did well you should hopefully fare well too
At the D, 1 is best and 5 is worst, right? At EY, the scale is flipped. If a D 4 is equivalent to an EY 2, @OP, you shouldn't be asking about a bonus...you should be fired.
D doesn't do number ratings anymore, why is this still a question
Oh your bonus was 24%? I didn't see that, I'd take that raise for that bonus any day
With rating 4, don't experience get anything more than 8%
They don't do number rating but it's not hard to figure yours from the snapshot..have you ever then snapshot..its basically number rating with text labels.
We got ratings in federal consulting this year. Did others not end up with an actual year end rating?OP if you got a 4 you get no raise no bonus. Why would you get a bonus for poor performance?
D6 we got rating in consulting too
M1 why do you think a 4 will get 8%? I got 4.5% raise with a 1 last year, and we all know 4s don't get bonuses.
That's disgusting D6
D5 you think a 4.5% raise with a 1 is too much??? I didn't feel like it was too much. You probably think a 24% bonus is too much then too. Or that a 4 shouldn't get a raise and bonus? I feel like we shouldn't reward below average performance-I don't think the professional world should be "we all get trophies". Trophies for all in D5's world!
I think your bonus should have been more, agreed on 4s
D5 I mean 24% bonus was the top of the range tho for Managers. Though I've heard of people getting more and I'm not quite clear how that happens (though maybe I'll get more than 24% this year, guess we'll find out soon). Raise is what it is.
D5 eh but it's a percentage of your salary so moving up slowly.
Am in Federal and there were no ratings this year. Federal consulting maybe?
D7 I def got a rating this year in Fed Consulting.
