Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Bain & Company Hey! Got dinged at BCG and Mck and then hadn't heard back from Bain, but just found out I made it to final rounds. I haven't been prepping for over a week as it'd be two since my first round at Bain.

Hi EY GDS Fishes - Need your thoughts on EY GDS joining with 30LPA (inclusive bonus) with Manager 1 position for 14+ YOE. Need to understand for this YOE, Manager 1 is the right fit or is there any chance to negotiate with HR for Manager 2 or 3 ? I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? My company has a lot of long-tenured leaders, which is great, but they are living in the past with the lack of flexibility, and we’re losing candidates for openings, as well as starting to have more employees quit because we’re required to be onsite, when a lot of our jobs could be hybrid. I’m regularly told that they’re exceeding expectations but then they get reviews that say they’re meeting expectations on a team full of people that do way less than they do? I’ve actually been told that if there was something between meets and exceeds…I’d get that…but there not, so I get the same average performer raise, recognition, etc.

Would you take a pay cut (about $7k) to get into HR? I only have experience in training and development (with a masters in HR management), and those jobs are just not coming up.
