Does anybody else have serious issues with real estate brokers using the standard land sale (often residential) forms for sale of cannabis businesses!?!? There is no possible way for clients to comply with it since title companies refuse to touch the transaction. I am fine cleaning up the mess, but it's super awkward to try and not blame the broker when clients ask.
