My current salary is 47.5 LPA 32 fixed +7.5 variable+7.5 stock.

Offered from SAP 47.8 fixed+ 5.2 variable + 15 RSU vested in 3 three years.

Offer from Paytm 60 LPA as fixed + 10 joining bonus+ 20 RSU vested in 5 years.

How much I can expect from PayPal
