Any new seniors missing PBCs requests, follow up requests, tasks to be delegated to staff, etc? I’m still settling into the role but find myself forgetting some of these details

Got significantly better during my third year as senior....at the cost of still thinking of those when I’m in bed...it’ll get better, this sounds very natural. My thing is to always leave an open review note for each open item, and never let open notes to sit there for above a week without me revisiting them

Hello - thinking of starting a small side coaching practice. Could use a bit of help because I've never thought about opening a side hustle but times are tough with two kids in college.

1. What is the best approach to collecting your fee? Each session? Pay the package cost upfront,? Other, and if so, what is it?
2. How do you collect it? Venmo? Credit card?
3. Do you have to register your business?

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

Hey fishies! Been a GVP consultant for 3.5 years now, hard work, tough “in trouble” clients, and just haven’t had the chance to work with a team long term! Been in the industry a while, current Head of DSPV and looking to jump back into FT work. Non-MD so it’s hard to find companies that will hire me even though I teach in grad school and headed for my PhD. Any thoughts? Openings?

Was told I’d only have one round (4 interviews), each split 50/50 on case/behavioral. This is for an Associate position and will be interviewing with AP/P/SP level. Is this typical? Since I see most people have multiple rounds.
