Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

I am former Big 4. I am at Dixon now. Honestly, I think that they are amazing. It takes a while to adjust, but culture is the best and truly care about their employees. I have never experienced teamwork like this.
OP, call me a conspiracy theorist but I’d only trust someone willing to DM and connect on LinkedIn.
Feel free to DM me and we can connect. Lol. Apparently, the world is untrusting and people think that someone would waste their time writing fake comments on Fishbowl.
DHG is extremely office based. If you get a good office than it is a great experience.
I’d second DHG’s culture. I’ve been here over 7 years and haven’t looked at jumping ship or interviewed elsewhere. I’ve worked in 2 markets/offices and both are great (different cultures, but still better than what I hear at other firms). We have pretty lofty referral bonuses right now so if you are serious find a friend to help out and/or split a referral bonus with 😃. If you want to know anything specific just ask. If you are asking about ED and DHG in same post you are likely in the Carolinas as well. I’ve worked in Carolina offices only.
Referral bonuses haven’t really changed but I doubt signing bonuses will be a thing but splitting a referral bonus could compensate the same way is what I was getting at
Also at DHG and happy. Care about their people and do additional things to help the working parent. I feel they have done more then I would have ever expected during this weird time and I feel blessed to have the job I do. Have some friends at other firms and my work life is completely different and IMO better. Haven’t considered looking. Happy to connect on LinkedIn also 👍🏻
Reach out to your level of employees at each firm in the office/city you are looking to join and ask them. I’ve done that for any firms I’ve looked at joining and they are very open about their experience and sometimes too open lol.
Very diverse group at Dixon not taking into account culture differences between offices. If you interview, I’d consider if you truly think you would naturally work well with those you speak with, and ask questions to shed light on if you will actually work mostly with them. People are very much “themselves”, if you will, so forming relationships from the start will shape things in your experience.
Overall a good group of people. You can get buried in work if don’t draw a line. Very fast environment, lots of work but it is easy, essentially zero hand holding/collaboration/teaching amongst ET members. If you want to be pushed and grow as a professional it will be in terms of efficiency/volume not complexity.
