At what point would you suggest working with a financial manager to set up your investment goals & make sure you’re on the right track for early retirement? At a certain age? After you have a certain amount of $$?

I left my job this summer with money in my old companies FSA. I can be reimbursed only for expenses that were incurred while I was there. This was news to me. I have expenses now but not from earlier in the year because of the pandemic. Anyway - how bad would it be to just back date an invoice and submit for reimbursement? Seems like a crime with no victim.

Have 4 rental properties with 1.3 mil in mortgage. I heard that mortgage interest deduction is capped at 750k. Is it true?

I currently max out my 401k, is it worth reducing my 401k contributions to save aggressively for a 20% down payment. My lease ends in July so would consider buying around that time frame. Or is it better to keep maxing 401k and just put less down and pay the PMI?

I'm switching jobs and considering whether I want to roll over my 401(k). I have about $220k in my plan. Considering rolling it into an existing Fidelity IRA with a balance of about $50k. Since October of 2020, I've paid about $880 in "plan administrative fees" to my 401(k) provider as well as the fund expense ratios.

It looks like Fidelity does not charge administrative fees on IRA accounts, so that seems to make it a no brainer, plus the investment options are much broader.What am I missing?

PTO Dilemma: I have over 100 hours of PTO remaining from hours carried over from last year that must be used before 12/31. I scheduled out days to use the hours.
