Any recs for best resources to learn more about building wealth/investment strategy in your 30s?

I’m 31 and have been heads down in my career focusing on establishing myself as a professional. Feeling behind and want to be more conscious/strategic about making financial decisions to build wealth.

Single, no kids, $165k salary, student loans paid off and no other debt, maxed out 401k, currently do not own a home. End goal is to leave the corporate world and pursue entrepreneurship.

24 yr old, 110k TC, maxing out Roth IRA and Roth 401k, no debt or large expenses. Also have ~35k sitting in a bank account. What should I do with that money?? Am I better just sitting on it for a while then watching it shrivel up in my brokerage account?

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

Seeking feedback on GAP insurance. I had a family member who purchased a car in June or July. They were in an accident last week and it sounds like the car will be declared a total loss.
