So what stonks are we buying?

It always seemed like real estate was one of the safest things to invest in. Then the crash of ‘09 happened, and the market bounced back for a while. And now we’re in… whatever this is. It just seems surreal.

How does delta upgrades and waitlist work? Do all medallions check in 24 hours prior to boarding? What determines who gets what?

Finally have built up an emergency fund after 2 years of working! I’m looking to move most of it to a high yield savings account (and then start investing, woohoo) but not sure which is the best one or if certain ones have better services etc. I’m looking at Marcus just because it seems to have the best rates right now but any info helps! Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to land my first product design role and I can’t seem to get my foot in the door. I’ve asked mentors from ADPlist to review my LinkedIn and resume as well as my portfolio and I haven’t had any luck. I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
