Can anyone confirm the variable policy of TechM, is it monthly or quarterly.
Heard from few folks that its was changed to quarterly and in offer letter nowhere its mentioned that its monthly or quarterly.simply said applicable as per variable policy.
Any folks recently joined and received salary please confirm it.

They will have had compounded annual increases leading up to M1. So even if you get a higher percentage raise for the skip promote, it likely won't beat multiple year increases from r your peers. Skip promote is not a great deal for the promotee, but great for firm margins
I skipped and what I was told was that the firm will never give you more than a 20% pay increase in one year. Given that I started with the firm I was on the lower end so even with a 20% bump I didn't meet the manager bracket
