Prepare food the night before (even just a tomato, ham, mustard sandwich/beans and salad or yoghurt and frozen fruit), cut out booze at home on week nights, walk to and from work where you can, stand at your desk, give yourself a daily water intake goal while at your desk (at least the bathroom breaks will get you out of your seat). If you don't have time for the gym, permanently lay out a yoga mat/towel in front of the couch and do crunches and push-ups or planks on it instead of sitting on your butt in front of tv.
Adderall. It'll help with the whole 70 hour week thing too.
Meal prep. Eat good. Cardio and as much weight lifting as you can fit into your week.
If you have time to sleep, you have time to lift.
Make it a habit to bring a water bottle EVERYWHERE.
Water as much as possible. Bring your own snacks to the office (almonds, jerky, etc) things that are healthier than what your agency provides. Also no matter what make it a point to work out 3-4 times a week. If that means finding a gym near your office and going at 7 and going back to the office so be it. If your supervisor can't deal with that tell them to fuck off
Run in the early early am or right after work. Run home from work even.
Change company.
👆🏼and/or just eat nothing
Perhaps don't work 70 hrs. You only get one life you know.
How do you find time to eat? I would be underweight.
Running, start running. Limit your alco intake.
Walk...EVERYWHERE
Stick finger down throat
Bring your own food. Split your lunch so you eat half around 1pm and the other half around 3. Sometimes that can hold you over so you can get home to eat dinner instead of ordering crap yo the agency.
