Any tips on how to keep your cool when everything changes on the fly on shoot day?? When last-minute client changes come in, the AD and the producer seem calm, but from my vantage point, it feels like everything is on fire, and I’m constantly worried I’m dropping the ball on call sheets, crafty, or talent wrangling. How do you handle it?
