Hey fishes,
I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.
Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!

What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

I just passed mine last week. This is my third time interviewing with Amazon over the years. The first couple of times, it was very straightforward leadership principles behavioral questions. Be prepared to use the STAR method as everyone else mentioned. This time, the screening interview was with a senior leader. So, the leader explained the role and the org, and straight up asked me why I was the right person for the role. From there, it was a very casual interview. So, make sure you understand what the role is and how your background matches the role.
When they ask behaviors questions. Do they say a principle or do you just need to relate it to whatever they say?
I guess the really obvious advice is to focus on the STAR method and have some things in mind to say relevant to that. The other advice I'd credit about video things in general is just try to relax enough to really listen closely to what's being said and what you're being asked. And be sure to ask the person to clarify, if necessary.
Have a good understanding about the Amazon Leadership Principles incase anyone asks.
Amazon is a very data driven company, specifically with PMs. So use the STAR method to explain accomplishments and use data to show outcome. Impact is critical at Amazon and the impact at which you currently operate determines a lot of things
