Is anyone willing to share what they are making in their role and how big of an organization they are working for? I'm wondering if my compensation is fair.

I was given a tentative offer for a job at a government hospital. The salary they are offering is lower than what I'm making now. For government jobs with a defined GS level salary on the job posting, do they have a wiggle room for salary negotiations?

Hi,I've joined my current org around 2 months back. I horribly lowballed myself during my initial salary negotiation. 2 months here, I like the work but feel extremely underpaid and can't get that out of my system. I regret my mistake everyday :(

Cognizant- 21L fixed and 1.5L variable
PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

Is it naive to hope that there could be a job out there that I actually LIKE doing as opposed to just forcing myself to do it for the paycheck? I work for a great company with (mostly) great people but still find myself wishing I could be doing anything else throughout the workday. Often people double book and it feels like “ my meeting is more important that whatever you have booked time for in yours”. If both meetings are same urgency/importance - what’s the best approach ?
