Anybody out there have experience with transitioning from an ECM advisory role (at independent advisory firm) into an ECM role at an IB?

So I have few question( Please answer these questions are asked by most of the freshies)
1) After document submission , How much time do they take to release offer letter for freshers ? Its been month for me not received till now
2) How is growth opportunities for fresher member technical.
3) Is there any relocation reimbursement (or any other benefits)
4)Is there free food available
5) will they give macbook to fresher or which laptop

Any particular segment of sales good for ex-finance? I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? I'm leaning toward GL accounting at a publicly-traded company. My background is 3.5 years audit and 2.5 years technical accounting advisory.

Interesting all the noise about these PPT, my take:

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.

Could someone please suggest how to handle this situation?
