Anyone at RSM know how long you have to be at the firm to be eligible for the parental leave benefit?

Hi I have joined CTS in 2017 and its been 5 years, my last day is March 24th, I'll be eligible for gratuity amount.

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

Does having planned time off nullify a full time employee’s ability to use the C19 sick leave if they become sick just prior to the planned time off? I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected.
