I'm feeling a lot of limitations because I don't have software experience but PM-ing a software dev project because I don't fully know the nuance of what i can expect from my workstreams. Was looking to move up in our company but from what I’m understanding, we have to have a degree in management. How would I go about trying to move up in and out of my position without a degree?
