Anyone else frustrated with how people conflate introversion with social anxiety? I’m introverted but not socially anxious. And I know plenty of socially anxious extroverts.

Is it beneficial to have health insurance from both spouses, vs choosing the better one and opting out of the second? Why/why not? This seems like a silly question, but it’s our first time with both of us being staff in a decade. We have a kid, if that affects your answer.

How do i learn to focus on myself after a break up? I was in a relationship for a bit over 3 years and we were close to getting engaged. Weve been on/off the last 6 months but I can tell she’s making a serious effort to move on this time and I think I need to as well but i get lonely much easier these days and living by myself doesn’t help!

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.
