I did the McKinsey game and now waiting for next steps, if any… how long did it take to hear word once you had finished the game?
Got the invite to interview two days after the game
How much experience do you have OP? Are you applying to risk dynamics?
Hey ttly feel you there. I have a similar experience but am now finally reaching the final round interviews so I highly doubt that they will change their mind after inviting you to the interviews. I think the main issue is that the HR painted an unrealistic expectation of the timeline. They like to say that the entire interview process can be finished in under 2 weeks but in reality it can drag up to 6 months. I applied in end march, got informed that I am invited to the interviews in May, got a confirmed first round date in end july and 2 days ago I was informed that my first final round interview will be next Tuesday. The second final round date is pending to be arranged. Hope this helps!
