Anyone else with family overseas complain about 3 week visit every year being too short? That’s the majority of my PTO and sick leave! I’ve explained it to them over and over again and that there’s not that many people who visit their family every single year. Yet, I still get the response of how disappointed they are I’m only coming for a short time.
