Yeah they used to be a really great company but it’s very apparent that they don’t care about their employees. They have done a lot of restructuring as of late and a lot of quiet layoffs and firings. I would recommend avoiding if you can as a lot of people are trying to leave right now.
Thanks AM1, much appreciated insight!
Don't do it- they are so toxic and just let me go this week. Probably the worst management structure I've ever experienced in an agency. People are often hired and fired with no reason. The week before I was let go, a different member on my team left their position on their own terms.
I actually flagged burnout to upper management and I think that's a large reason of why I was let go. I was told by upper management that the client I worked with was a high priority for profit and that it's the nature of advertising for things to be fast paced and every account has its issues. While advertising may be fast paced, that's a horrible way to speak to employees. I never felt like I trusted HR or managers.
Thanks for the input, I didn’t hear back from the recruiter which isn’t a shocker in this job market, I won’t push for it.
