Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.

I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.
