C3A grade employee in tcs. I have an offer from a company for onsite role and placement is in UK as permanent employee but the role given in offer is an entry level one. With almost 11 years of experience, is it good to accept this offer only for the on-site opportunity?

For my next move, I’m looking for product and content managerial or directorial positions starting January dealing with content or marketing in tech, blockchain/cryptocurrency, or financial services/insurance. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I'm not hung up on PE/buy side exits, not closed off but nbd. Would be just as happy to stay and make MD (or exit into corp dev if I want an easier life when I'm older)

My dilemma:

I'm at a LMM investment bank. Can get crazy sometimes, but otherwise chill. Typically done around 7-9 pm, had maybe three 1 am nights. Haven't worked a weekend in over a month. Fridays almost always done at 5 pm.

Have an offer at a reputable MM bank but probably pretty sweaty. Worth the move?

Currently making 180 TC at a large bank and have an offer from a FAANG for 260 TC. Salary is not much different (165) but bonus/equity structure is decent. fully remote, dope company etc. I’ll be moving laterally in terms of title but I get the impression the scope/impact is larger and leveling is different in tech… no brainer?
