How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners. But it seems like a lot of businesses see this as a waste of time, even adding services and cutting costs. I guess either I’m looking for advice or considering not doing this anymore.

Anybody who works with Jira. When I copy a dashboard with filters on it to make a new dashboard the filters become linked. So when I change the dates on one the other is changed. Is there a way to delink them without getting rid of the permissions on the filter. Using the “save as” function doesn’t work because it gets rid of the permission. Really appreciate any help
